Privacy Policy

• Account information — your email address and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
• Billing information — handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We receive your plan and subscription status; we do not collect or store your full card number.
• Content you create — the business briefs you enter, the websites you generate, invoices you create, and related settings.
• Usage & technical data — basic logs such as actions taken, credits used, timestamps, and error data needed to operate and secure the Service.
• Cookies — we use a single essential, secure session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service and generate your sites.
• To process subscriptions, issue license keys, and send service emails (e.g., welcome and license-key emails).
• To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms.
• To respond to your support requests and communicate important account or service notices.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with providers that help us run the Service:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
• Email provider (Resend) — to deliver transactional emails such as welcome and license-key messages.
• AI provider (Anthropic)— the business brief you submit is sent to our AI provider to generate your website. Do not enter sensitive personal data you don’t want processed this way.
• Image library (Pexels) — to source stock photography for generated sites.
• Hosting (Railway) — to host the application and store your data.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of others.

We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing taviralabs@gmail.com. We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, or security reasons.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including strong password hashing (scrypt) and signed, HTTP-only session cookies. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Residents of the EU/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA/CPRA) have these rights; we do not sell or “share” personal information for advertising. The LeadForge tool helps you find publicly available business listing information (such as business names, phone numbers, and websites). You are the controller of any contact data you collect or use, and you are responsible for handling it lawfully — including honoring opt-outs and complying with anti-spam and privacy laws. LaunchSite is not responsible for how you use data obtained through the tool.

We operate in the United States, and your information will be processed there. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S.

The Service is intended for users 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
