Terms of Service
Last updated: June 19, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and LaunchSite (“LaunchSite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), part of AI Operator Academy, governing your access to and use of our website, application, AI site-generation tools, and the LeadForge desktop application (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are & eligibility
The Service is operated by LaunchSite, part of AI Operator Academy. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate.
2. The Service
LaunchSite is a software platform that lets you generate multi-page marketing websites from a short description, edit and publish them, export them, manage credits and invoices, and (on eligible plans) download and use the LeadForge lead-research desktop application. The Service is a tool — you are responsible for how you use it and for the websites, outreach, and client work you produce with it.
3. Accounts & security
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
- Notify us promptly at taviralabs@gmail.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
- One person or entity per account unless your plan expressly includes additional team seats.
4. Subscriptions, billing & auto-renewal
- Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly unless stated otherwise) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on each renewal.
- Your subscription automatically renews at the then-current price until you cancel. Prices and plan features may change; we will give reasonable notice of material changes and they take effect on your next renewal.
- Any free trial (for example, the Starter plan’s 1-day trial) automatically converts to a paid subscription at the stated price unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- You can cancel anytime from your account’s Plan & License page or by emailing taviralabs@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewals.
- You are responsible for any taxes associated with your subscription.
5. Refund policy
You may cancel at any time and you will keep access until the end of your current paid period. Payments already made are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or unused credits, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at taviralabs@gmail.com and we will review it in good faith.
6. Credits & usage limits
Plans include allowances such as AI generation credits and lead-search limits, which reset on the cycle described at purchase. Allowances are for your account’s normal use, are not transferable, and have no cash value. We may apply reasonable measures to prevent abuse of allowances or the underlying AI and data providers.
7. LeadForge license
- On eligible plans, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the LeadForge desktop application for your own business while your subscription is active.
- Your LeadForge license key is tied to your active subscription. If your subscription is cancelled, lapses, or a payment fails, the key stops working at the end of the paid period.
- Do not share, resell, sublicense, publish, or reverse-engineer LeadForge or your license key.
8. Your content & the sites you generate
- You retain ownership of the business information you input and, as between you and us, of the website output you generate for yourself or your clients.
- You grant LaunchSite a limited license to host, process, and store your content as needed to operate and improve the Service.
- You are solely responsible for your content and outputs — including ensuring you have the rights to any names, logos, text, and images you add, and that the final website is accurate and lawful before you deliver it to a client or publish it.
9. AI-generated content
The Service uses artificial intelligence (including third-party models) to generate text, layouts, and design. AI output may be inaccurate, generic, or unintentionally similar to other content, and is provided “as is.” You must review and edit all AI-generated content for accuracy, originality, and compliance before publishing or delivering it. We do not warrant that AI output is error-free or non-infringing. Stock photography is supplied by third parties under their own licenses.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any law or third party’s rights, or generate unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content.
- Send unlawful outreach. If you use LeadForge or any contact data, you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable marketing, anti-spam, and privacy laws — including CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, Do-Not-Call rules, CASL, GDPR/UK GDPR, and the terms of any platform you collect data from. LaunchSite does not send outreach on your behalf and is not responsible for how you contact leads.
- Scrape, overload, disrupt, or circumvent the Service, its rate limits, or its security.
- Resell, sublicense, or share access to LaunchSite except as your plan’s team seats allow.
- Misrepresent AI-generated sites as human-only work where doing so would be deceptive.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
11. You are an independent operator
LaunchSite is a tool for building and reselling websites. You act as an independent business. We are not a party to any agreement between you and your clients, do not guarantee any sale, result, or income, and are not responsible for your pricing, deliverables, refunds, or relationships with your own clients. Any earnings examples shown by LaunchSite or AI Operator Academy are illustrative, not typical, and not a promise of results.
12. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (for example, Stripe for payments, email and AI providers, image libraries, and hosting). Your use of those features may be subject to the third party’s terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
13. Intellectual property
The LaunchSite platform, software, branding, and templates are owned by LaunchSite and AI Operator Academy and are protected by law. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service itself.
14. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content or result will meet your expectations.
15. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAUNCHSITE AND AI OPERATOR ACADEMY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LaunchSite and AI Operator Academy from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your use of the Service, your outreach or client work, or your violation of these Terms or any law.
17. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
18. Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
19. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Arizona will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and you consent to venue there. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at taviralabs@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it informally.
